The Pilates Movement made me a Pilates convert! I had tried it before, but now I really see results. Plus, it is a super-cute studio within walking distance from everywhere downtown (or you can park in front for 25 cents! )

The instructors at this studio are incredible. The classes are fun, challenging and motivating, and I always feel great afterwards. I would reccommend the studio, instructors and classes to everyone!
